The successful bidder will enter into a non-contingent, AS-IS purchase agreement on auction day. Buyer’s premium will apply. Online bidding will be available, call for instructions. Closing will be executed on or before April 30, 2018. Upon a successful execution of the purchase agreement, the new buyer will be granted immediate possession and able to farm the land for the 2018 growing season.
