 This property sells in 1 parcel ~ Approx. +/- 40 deeded acres of farmland in Transit Twp, Sect 28, with approx. 39.6ac tillable. The land is south of the gravel township road 266th Street. A culvert and approach will need to be put in at buyer’s expense. Land has ditch running along the East line for an outlet.
