Sellers will be responsible for surveying if Parcels 1 & 3 or 2 & 5 are sold to separate buyers. There will be an easement created through parcels 2 & 5 on an existing field approach to gain better access to parcels 1 & 3. The property will be sold in “AS IS” condition.
