Payment Methods Allowed: Cash, Check & Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover). NOTE: A 4% Convenience Fee will be applied to the total price for all Credit/Debit Card payments. Rights of the high bidder to purchase the item end on the last day and time of announced checkout. At this time the item(s) will be considered abandoned by high bidder. Mages Land Co & Auction Service reserves the right to dispose of the item(s) according to its discretion. Any high bidder that fails to complete a transaction will be held responsible for all damages resulting from that action include, but not limited to, storage costs, interest, filing fees, and attorney’s fees. Items paid by the high bidder but not removed by the announced checkout will be considered abandoned, and will be disposed of at the discretion of Mages Land Co & Auction Service. A refund will not be given. At the time of removal, the bidders are responsible for checking that all paid/purchased items are in their possession. Our auction will close using an extended bidding format. This feature allows the auction to function like a live auction by extending the time for 2 minutes on any item that has active bidding within the last minute of that item closing. It also allows customers with slower computer connections a fair opportunity to bid; by eliminating the bidders that use computer sniping software to place bids within the last second of an auction out bidding you.
