Directions to land: From La Salle, take Co Rd 27 west to the first curve and turn onto 290th St, after a mile Parcel 2 will be on the south side of the road while parcels 3-5 will be on the north side. For parcel 1 continue on 290th St and turn north onto Co Rd 115, after a mile the land will be on the east side of the road. Watch for signs!

The buyer shall pay 5% nonrefundable earnest money down of total purchase amount on the day of the auction in the form of a check, cashiers check or U.S. currency and enter into a non-contingent purchase agreement with the balance to be paid upon closing in approximately 40 days. Sellers will be responsible for surveying if Parcels 3, 4 or 5 are sold to separate buyers. Price will be adjusted if there is a discrepancy found by the survey. The property will be sold in “AS IS” condition. Buyer to get possession for the 2023 crop year. Buyer to get 2023 and all future yearly payments of CRP. Subject to any easements of record.
