Terms: No buyers premium on real estate. Property subject to sale prior to date of auction. This is a 2 location auction.

All showings will need at least 24 hours notice before showing. For any financials a Non-Disclose Agreement will need to be signed. Dairy Queen International will need to approve a buyer if they want to continue as a DQ, training is required. Current owner could be hired to assist. Building “sold as” is. Equipment will sell separately from building. An equipment list is available. The upper floor can be used as additional restaurant space, however it is closed off now.

Real Estate Terms for online auction: No Buyer’s Premium on Real Estate. The buyer shall pay 5% nonrefundable earnest money down of total purchase amount on May 24th in the form of a check, cashiers check or U.S. currency and enter into a non-contingent purchase agreement with the balance to be paid upon closing in 40 days. The property will be sold in “AS IS” condition. The seller or seller’s agents are not responsible for any errors in information. This is a guide. Buyers are responsible to collect their own info. Property is subject to sale prior to the date of the auction. Online bidders are required to mail in a $20,000 earnest money check or cashiers check made out to Century 21 Atwood, and must be mailed or delivered to the Mages office no later than May 22nd to be approved for online bidding. Checks will be held, and not deposited. Anything said the day of the auction takes precedence over written material. Seller has the right to reject any & all bids. Auctioneer has the right to run the sale however he feels best serves the seller. Mages Land Co & Auction Service represents the seller in this transaction.
