Advertising deadline is Friday, September 25th
Consignment Drop-Off Hours:
We will be accepting consignment items
Sept 21st – Sept 25th & Sept 28th – October 2nd
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Wednesday & Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Please plan to bring your items during these designated intake hours. For consignors with large loads, please bring a list of your items & contact Matt or Scott so we can arrange a time for delivery on site.
All items must be on site no later that Noon, Friday October 2nd.

Unacceptable Items:
- Tube TVs & Monitors
- Worn Furniture – Including particle board, pressboard, mattresses & box springs
- Broken Items – Glassware, dishes, etc..
- Holiday Decor – Garland, used lights, etc..
- Older Appliances including microwaves
- Clothing & Shoes – New or Used
- Used Cookware – Chipped, no burn or stained markings
- Cosmetics – Perfume’s, lotions, soaps, etc.. New or Used
- Baby Equipment – Cribs, strollers, car seats, high chairs, pack N plays, swings, walkers & bouncers
- Exercise Equipment – Bikes, treadmills
- Households such as candles, tote lids w/ no totes, waste, etc..
- Rusted equipment & hardware such as nails, screws, bolts, tools, etc..
- Absolutely no items that may appear moldy, mildew smell or water damaged

- Farm Equipment – Tractors, Implements, Trucks, Trailers
- Outdoor – Boats, Campers, ATVs, Snowmobiles, Hunting/fishing equipment
- Vehicles – Cars, trucks, motorcycles
- Firearms & Ammunition
- Antiques/Antique Furniture in good condition
- Lawn Care Equipment – Lawn Mower, Snow Blower, Tiller
- Tools in good condition
- Newer flat-screen TVs Only
- Solid Wood Furniture
- Collectibles – Beer Signs/Boxes, Sports Cards, Comic Books, Stamps
- Currency – Coins & Bullion
- Toys – Scale tractors & cars, train sets in good condition, Hot Wheels
- Vintage Items
~ Guns: Consignors must have a valid drivers license with at check in.
~ Vehicles, trailers and other titled items MUST have the title & lien release (if applies) along at the time of check-in. All titles must be in our office no later than Noon, Friday October 2nd to ensure proper fees for transfer after sale.
We will not consign your item without it. NO EXCEPTIONS!
~ Note: Motorcycles need to have engine serial number on title, No Exceptions!
~ If seller decides to buy back an item you will pay for it, including buyer’s premium, at the cashiers window. Mages Land Co will send a check to you minus the commission that applies.
~ Once an item is consigned, it can not be withdrawn.
~ Owners/Sellers are able to setup & lot their items ON SITE & MUST BE DONE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. If you are wanting to set up your lots & items, Mages Land staff must be notified immediately the day you bring in your items. Charges for services to set up, packing, cleaning or hauling are subject to a $45 per man hour & $100 per skid loader hour. If seller brings in or lots 50+ items, they will be subject to $45 per man hour in consignment setup fees.
~ Sellers must remove unsold items from the auction site after auction pick-up dates if seller wants to keep their items. If we haven’t heard from the seller, all unsold items left at the auction site will be thrown away a few days after the auction pick-up dates. If Seller’s unsold items total 1/2 dumpster or greater, seller will be charged minimum dumpster fee of $400.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY ITEMS DUE TO CONDITION & MERCHANTABILITY.

If Sales Tax has never been paid on an item by seller, that seller must notify auctioneer when consigning. Checks will be mailed within 7-10 business days of the auction pick up dates. Minimum Commission is $5. Proceeds due to seller totaling $5 or less will not be paid.
Mages Land Co may store items outside and/or under tarped racks and is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items.
*If Mages crew lot and list items & item(s) are found broke, not working or in disrepair, we may, at our discretion, throw items away.*

Terms: 10% Buyer’s Premium. 15% Buyer’s Premium on Online items. Buyer’s premium cap at $3,000 per item. Everything sold “AS IS”.
Everything to be paid for immediately after the auction. Sales tax, license & registration fees may apply on some items. Fire arms buyers must have valid drivers license. Pistol buyers must have valid “permit to purchase” permit. Not responsible for accidents. Lunch & restroom on grounds.
