Real Estate Terms: No Buyers Premium. All bids MUST be delivered by 4:00pm on June 13th, 2025. The buyer shall submit 5% nonrefundable earnest money down of total purchase amount with bid in the form of a check, cashiers check or U.S. currency and if
accepted enter into a non-contingent purchase agreement with the balance to be paid upon closing on or before July 30th, 2025. The property will be sold in “AS IS” condition. Subject to any easements of record. Survey to be preformed by the seller at the seller’s expense. New property tax will be determined and prorated from the day of closing. Expenses and fees incurred by the process of splitting off the parcel and creating an easement for back and forth access to bin site will be split between buyer and seller. The seller or seller’s agents are not responsible for any errors in information. This is a guide. Buyers are responsible to collect their own info. Seller has the right to reject any & all bids.
